Return Policy

We at Innisfree Cosmetics India Pvt. Ltd strive to provide a great customer experience, however as the products cannot be used by another customer upon any return due to hygiene reasons, we do not entertain any return once the order has been delivered.

However, Under special circumstance such as

• Quality issue with the product like leakage, broken seal or receipt of damaged/different products, missing items, we can initiate an exchange order. For the same follow as below :

Additionally,

1. Exchange/ Refund / replacement for Products are subject to review and checking by Innisfree Cosmetics India Pvt. Ltd. The customer should take a video while opening their order to submit as a supporting document while raising such requests.
2. Any damages to the product due to negligence or incorrect usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
3. The shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
4. Once your replacement/refund request has been accepted, process will be completed within 10-15 business days, subject to picking & product (Quality & Packaging) inspection.

Innisfree Cosmetics India Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to refuse any refund/replacement request should it be found that the product has been used or it does not meet the refund/replacement criteria.
